Concept

"Say Rubbish, Teach Chinese, Rearrange the speech" is the seris of "Chen Wei Li Fa" (趁未立法). (http://sweb.cityu.edu.hk/smkeith) The seris has three parts:

"Say Rubbish, Teach Chinese, Rearrange the speech" is the work I made after the Q&A section of Chief Tung at Mar 2003. I can not say this is a bad or good speech. But it can be improve whether you think it is good or bad. (Personally I think it is bad) So, what if the audience, all hong kong people, can rearraneg it to a best speech themseleves?
I break down the speech into words or sentence, player can rearrange all the speech himself.

Technical Part and System Flow

This is the program made with Director Lingo, all the audio file is in Real Media format. Everytime the user click the sentences or words, the "real audio" (exactly the voice from the Q&A section) will speak once.
In the New Media Arts Master Show, I have not made a grant setup phsyically, there is only a computer with mouse to play with.

Further Development

This is not a completed task which has a lot of potenial to have further development:
1) The words or sentences can be used for more than once. Especially for those subject like "me", "you".
2) After rearranaging the whole speech, there is a button which can play the whole rearranaged speech once.
3) The interface should be improved.
